If oneof the parties is a legal person, the documents required for sale at the titledeed are as follows:

 

- Thecertificate of authorization issued by the Trade Registry Office of thecompanies subject to the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code, whichclearly states the authorization and the identity information of theauthorities in sales of immovable property, is certified by the relevantchamber of industry and commerce directorate. must belong to the year in whichthe transaction was made.

-Company tax plate, sample of the registry newspaper with the last election ofthe board of directors,

-Signature circular of the company official,

- If theproxy to sell on behalf of the company, the original of the power of attorney madein the form of arrangement,

- A letter from the relevant municipality that the real estate inquestion has no fair value and no tax debt.
